Youtube学英语助手 helps users learn English while watching YouTube videos.The extension adds a subtitle learning panel to YouTube video pages. It reads the available YouTube captions, reorganizes fragmented caption segments into complete sentence-based subtitle lines, and displays them beside the video for easier reading and review.Main features:- Display YouTube captions as complete sentence-based subtitle lines.- Recalculate subtitle timing when YouTube caption segments are split in the middle of a sentence.- Click any subtitle sentence to jump the video back to the exact start time of that sentence.- Translate individual subtitle sentences into Chinese using the user's own DeepSeek API key.- Show the original English sentence and Chinese translation together after translation.- Support single-sentence loop playback for listening and pronunciation practice.- Support playback speed control, including slower speeds for careful listening practice.- Store the user's API key and extension preferences locally in the browser.The extension does not load or execute remote code. Translation requests are only sent when the user clicks the translate button for a specific subtitle sentence.
